Brenda Lía Chávez Cosamalón

Brenda Lía holds a masters degree in evidence-based social intervention and policy evaluation from the University of Oxford and a bachelors in social psychology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. She has served as the Director of Planning and Evaluation of the Peruvian National Program of Scholarships and Educational Loan (PRONABEC), as well as a monitoring and evaluation specialist and team leader both at the Peruvian Ministry of Education and at the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS). She is co-founder of the EvalYouth network in Peru, a dancer of the traditional Andean dance of Caporales, and a researcher of positive psychology. She currently resides in Canberra, Australia.
