We categorized policies as having ‘a very low focus’ if they had 1-50 keywords per million words, ‘a low focus’ if they had 50-100 keywords per million words, and ‘a moderate focus’ if they had over 100 keywords per million words.

This pie chart shows the inclusion of climate change content in all analyzed policies. Out of 802 policies analyzed, 136 (17%) mentioned climate change at least once, and 666 (83%) had no climate change content.
