Data Input Opportunities

The MECCE Project is currently seeking data inputs into for two global indicators!

At COP28 we released two global indicators, which are now available on the MECCE Project’s interactive data platform. The data used to build the indicators are based on significant partnership activities, and we are continuing to collect data to further enhance the indicators. Any inquiries may be directed [email protected]We are grateful that you are taking the time to contribute to our research!

This work involves a global mapping of organizations that are engaged in climate communication and education (CCE), which is also known as Action for Climate Empowerment (ACE).

We are accepting recommendations for organizations to include in our database. Anyone can recommend an organization, and you may recommend as many organization as you wish at www.surveymonkey.ca/r/CCEORec.

The data you provide will be vetted by our research team, and used to calculate a global indicator of public access to information. The data and indicator will be shared on our interactive data platform to help support the development of CCE/ACE networks.

We are partnering with the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) on a survey to determine the extent to which Libraries encourage and support climate communication and education.

Libraries and library associations are invited to participate at  bit.ly/43lyTmB.

The data you contribute will be used to calculate a global indicator of climate action in libraries, and shared on our interactive data platform.
