Mr. Luc Tittley

Regional Hub Co-chair, Canada, Environment and Climate Change Canada
Luc started working with Environment and Climate Change Canada in 2009. Until recently, Luc was a Director in Strategic Communications, managing a team of about 35 advisors, supporting the climate change and international portfolio. He is currently leading a new team focusing on environmental literacy and citizenship. Before joining the Federal Government, Luc worked as a high school teacher, reporter, and public affairs specialist. He graduated from Laval University and École Nationale d’Administration Publique, and lives in beautiful Quebec City. When he is not responding to emails or organizing press conferences, he is usually tying to entertain his two daughters, who are six and nine.
