Julia Stössel is part of the MECCE Project’s Indicator Working Group. She completed her Master’s degree in Educational Science – Teaching and Learning at the University of Freiburg in 2021. She is a research assistant at the University of Freiburg since 2019, and at the Freiburg University of Education since 2021. Her main research interests are Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), teaching and learning methods and teacher education. In her most recent research project, she and her colleagues investigated factors influencing student teachers’ intention to implement ESD in schools and published a paper about it. Since 2021, she also teaches ESD at the Freiburg University of Education.
