Dr. Eric Guilyardi
President, UNESCO Office for Climate Education
Eric Guilyardi is a climate scientist at the IPSL-CNRS in Paris and professor at the University of Reading, UK. He has published over 100 papers on tropical climate variability, El Niño, ocean and climate and climate change. Eric Guilyardi was a Lead Author for IPCC AR5 and has an active public engagement activity. He is President of the Office for Climate Education, under the auspices of UNESCO, which develops climate change education resources and professional development for teachers.
